CITYCOOL will supply the necessary labour to inspect and service all air conditioning equipment. We will arrange periodical maintenance visits at regular intervals and carry out those services applicable to your equipment.

When a maintenance agreement is signed, we will agree to provide an emergency service, as requested by the customer, between periodical visits. CITYCOOL engineers have immediate access to our wide range of portable air conditioning equipment and therefore can provide the customer with immediate back up on arrival.

Normal adjustments and correction of faults will be carried out by our engineer at the time of inspection and notified to the customer. We will then provide you with a completed copy of our engineer’s report.
